1. The website isn't displaying properly
The most likely cause of this problem is that you have an old or uncommon web
browser. We recommend viewing our site with
Netscape
6 and above or Internet
Explorer 5.0 and above. If you are using one of these browsers and are still having

2. The site is loading very slowly
There are several reasons why the website may be loading slowly. Your modem,
network or connection to the internet may be slow, or your Internet Service
Provider may be experiencing some problems. There may also be a high amount of
traffic on the internet between your computer and out servers.
Searches that return a large number of results will also return slower than
searches with a low number of results. travelthere.com also relies on communication
with several external systems (such as for booking flights and processing payments)
so some pages may take longer to load than others.
3. I can't access your site at work
Many companies have "firewall" software in place to have greater control
over what their employees are allowed to view on the internet and to help keep
hackers out of their networks. It may be that your place of work has such software
which is preventing you from visiting our website. You will need to speak to the
appropriate person in your IT department to have this problem resolved. In the

4. There was an "error" after I clicked "pay now" so I am
not sure if the payment was successful.
If you received an error at any stage during the booking process, you must
first be sure that payment has not been taken for your reservation before
attempting to book again. If you had not yet entered your credit card
details, there is no chance that your booking was successful and you must
commence your booking again. If the problem persists, please contact
Customer Service on 1300 88 5678 from 7AM-8PM weekdays, and 8AM-7PM weekends.
If you have already entered your credit card details, there are a few ways
to check if your booking has been successful:
- You would see the booking listed in "my travel plans" when returning
to the homepage. This information is located on the right-hand-side of
the homepage when you are logged in as a registered user.
- You should have received a confirmation email to the address provided
in the booking. However, there are instances when you will not receive
your email, such as when the email address provided is incorrect.
If you are still unsure if your payment has been successful, please
contact Customer Service prior to booking again.
